If I could share a negative star I would. I used to work in the Prudential building in Boston, that Boston Properties manages, and over the years they have consistently proven they do not have the best interest of the thousands of people who work in the building especially the mall. They don’t care about anyone besides the inanimate object of money! I understand money is important, but at what point does it surpass the well-being of PEOPLE, when they already have MILLIONS of dollars? When there have been severe BLIZZARDS and the MBTA was shut down, Boston Properties still forced stores to be open or would fine them thousands of dollars for breaking clauses of their lease. For people who are not aware what a blizzard is, it is essentially a hurricane manifested as a snowstorm with wind gusts matching those of a hurricane, and visibility blocked by horizontally falling snow and ice, leaving roads and sidewalks to be hazardous due to these conditions. Apparently Boston Properties, and their board of directors sitting at home on their snow day off in their luxury apartments, disagrees with the life-threatening obstacles blizzards present. Additionally, instead of bolstering the tourism industry in Boston by supporting local brands like the Top of the Hub, who have been compliant with the clauses of their lease for over forty years, they shut it down for reasons unbeknownst to everyone. The managers of Top of the Hub don’t even know why, they just weren’t given an option to renew the lease. This will affect over 200 people’s jobs and the multitudes of tourists from around the world who would enjoy this establishment and consequently continue supporting Boston Properties by giving the stores below business. Knowing Boston Properties very well, it’s probably for some non-cultured, extremely rich, exclusive set up that will direct millions of dollars long term away from themselves, but also downgrade the identity of the city. Overall, I hope Boston Properties sees this, and although they won’t care, I hope people will be more informed about the unscrupulous scoundrels working for this group.

The huge asymmetry of the real estate market in the area gives way too much power to landlords and real estate agencies that abuse it. Terrible customer relationship, poor digitization (a check to get the deposit back?!), crazy prices (& inflation rates), poor apartment conditions and what not.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions.
