Do not lease from this company. I went online to cancel our lease after the first year, but it was not recorded in their system. I re-confirmed the cancellation immediately when they sent a renewal for a year at 2x the price. You can't speak to management, just the poor minimum wage kid behind the counter. This company is unethical, predatory and hopefully will be investigated by the State as I've made formal complaint on their business practices.

Good location. Staff was very friendly. Offers many different options for rental spaces. Bathrooms were very clean. Only issue was trying.to get audio in the room via Zoom. Never got it figured out.

I'm not someone who does reviews often, positive or negative, but this is an absolutely predatory company. Contracts are locked in for a year and there is no way to break out, despite not paying in advance. In my case, my company no longer needed to use the coworking office space but my personal card had been used to set up the account which was then reimbursed. So I preceded to be billed for another 6 months for something I wasn't using and couldn't get reimbursed for. After that, despite puting in a request to cancel my membership once the year term was up (since that was my only option) I discovered that I was STILL getting billed and they autorenewed by membership anyways. I am still continuing to fight now to get out of ANOTHER 12 months of having my card billed every month. Never experienced anything like this. Spaces is owned by a global campany named Regus incorporated in Luxemburg and on the London exchange. When you call their number and opt toward billing, there is no human on the other end -- they tell you to contact your local coworking office staff then hang up. The local staff have no authority to take action, everything is sent up a ladder that customers are blocked from accessing. Do not sign their contracts. Find another option.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They have committed fraud. Reached out to cancel contract and the company did not answer, once they responded days later said they couldn’t help me. It’s been two months and I’ve sent over 10 emails still no help and they keep saying they are going to keep contract until 2025. These people are incompetent. DO NOT USE ANY SPACES!!!!
