I rented for exactly one year. Paid rent on a timely manner. Used my office only twice. Now that my lease has expired, they took 5 weeks to refund my deposit and demanded a number of documents filled out before I received it.. The customer service is A.I. out of Singapore and it is impossible to ever speak with anyone on the phone. They have no issue collecting rent early but when it comes to customer service, they are poor.

They have no issue collecting rent early but when it comes to customer service, they are reprehensible.

I wish there was a negative rating if possible to give this company. Shady practices and fraudulent promises even for customers who have been with them for 6 years. Absolutely Ridiculous. Please be aware before signing up with this location. They should be shut down.

Do not use Regus. Shady business practices. Check out their Better Business Bureau reviews. I have not been a member in 3+ years and they sent me a bill for May 2023 kitchen amenities. They’re hassling me on the phone bouncing me department to department. There are plenty of other facilities in the area like wework.
