Pick a different company for your office space if you want a positive experience. I rented a desk in a shared office for a year at a discounted rate of $140/month. At renewal, the offered price was $428/month. Despite the sales pitch, those prices do not include access to the coffee machine or high speed internet. Those will cost another $40/ month. A month and a half after leaving, I got an invoice for “Restoration services” for $57.50. By that time, I still had not received my retainer deposit refund. During my year there, Regus has an issue with their billing system blocking them from collecting a $40 fee (from the internet and coffee my first month), and the remote staff repeatedly dodged accountability to solve the problem. It took about 6 months to resolve it, where they asked me to pay by check and sent recurring notices about how I was overdue. On the positive side, there are so few people renting from this office that the space is quiet, and there’s access to the lounge on lobby level. Cynthia, the on-site Community Associate, is also great.

This company will scam you at every opportunity. Its one thing to deal with rude eye rolling staff, or have my bill constantly be changing with incorrect charges. But this company somehow auto renewed my least for another 6 months and won't refund or help me. Scam company who has literally a 1 star review on the BBB. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE. Worst decision I've made as a business was going through REGUS. ESPECIALLY THE RUDE STAFF MEMBER CYNTHIA AT THE ARCH STREET LOCATION. Cussed me out and literally hung up on me!

This is one of those big corporations with horrible customer service. Due to COVID, I rented a dedicated desk in the co-working area. If someone came to work inside the co-working area I was to move to a private office. That was the only reason I took the deal. Then someone else moved inside the co-working space permanently, and the assistant was very reluctant to let me use the private office, which was by all accounts a glorified closet. It was a dinky little space with no windows, which I didn't care for. Then the assistant started adding more rules. I had to return to the co-working space as soon as it was emptied. The problem was that they don't clean the space after people leave. It's not safe during this pandemic to be with strangers indoors. That, plus I had to interrupt my work, move my monitors, cables, etc. back to the space immediately, as if I was being punished. I left at the end of August, and REGUS does not want to refund me the month of September (they charge you two weeks before the month begins precisely for this reason). They are also charging me clean up fees and coffee fees even though I haven't been in the office the entire month. I tried customer service, but it doesn't matter how many times you explain the issue, they keep reciting the agreement back at me. I live with a person who is immunocompromised and I cannot afford any health risks, but they don't care. They prefer to act like soulless things who refuse to act kindly and humanely. DON'T GO TO REGUS! THEY ARE THIEVES.

Don't sign up for a REGUS office unless you want to get COVID. At first they are very nice and they promise safety, but they don't clean up thoroughly. Members don't wear masks in public areas. They host a lot of massage therapists, nail stylists, and so on, so the place is often full of clients who do not cover themselves. I decided to cancel my membership, and they refused to refund me the money for the next month (they charge you weeks in advance for the following month). Weeks after I quit using the office, they are still charging me for clean up fees and coffee I didn't drink. Whatever they offer, don't believe them. They are large corporation who does not care for individuals. They are thieves.
