The good thing about this office is the view and the space if you have the chance to look outside. If you ever signed with Regus, make sure you read every single detail. The salesperson gave me a "deal" if I would sign for 2 years and after year 1 my rent went up without notice. there is a little line written somewhere in their massive paperwork that says that your lease will increase after year 2. make sure you don't fall into the same sales trap as I did. beside that, dayana & Asia, who are at reception go above and beyond for you.

Our company moved out of Spaces in Boston July 2024, gave back all our keys and provided written notice of our intent to terminate our lease. Since then, I have continued to be billed and have sent dozens of messages to building management asking for them to correct the issue. They reply to every 3-4 emails apologizing and indicating they’re on it, and then go silent for a month. This has been happening for a year. I’ve provided every opportunity to allow the Spaces team to remedy the situation but it’s clear they will not take action unless they’re publicly reviewed. So here we are.

I use this space as well as a few others in the Boston area with my membership. I love it! The views are amazing.

I would give Regus 0 stars if it was an option. The company as a whole is, without exception, the worst commercial operation in almost any industry in the US. There is no connection between local office administration and, for example, account services, meaning those departments don't communicate with each other; no one employed there returns a phone call and very few respond to emails; the supervisory structure in the Boston area is mythical and those apparently in charge do nothing to follow up on promises/commitments; if you are a single office tenant there is the ongoing possibility that you will be moved without your input if a larger tenant wants a group of offices in your area; office admins frequently use the refrain "it's not my responsibility" or "you need to speak with so-and-so" but can't/won't help facilitate that communication; the sales team seems obligated to focus on sales irrespective of whether it can deliver what it has sold, . . . . Don't voluntarily do business with Regus.

Space was clean and front desk staff(Shurita and Ikram) were friendly and helpful. Convenient location in downtown Boston across from Government Center with awesome views.
