My Company has been "leasing" office space with Regus at 101 Federal Street, Boston since November 2019. The amenities offered here are just what we need. Over the years I have interacted with many Community Managers and Associates. I have found them to be are extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to interact with. In fact, I recently recommended Regus to someone who has also leased an office here at 101 Federal Street based on my recommendation.

Regus is the worst office I have ever had. It overcharged me two months of rent and did not give back my retainer. They moved my office address, lost my files without my approvel. And the financial department and moving department never reply any email, and they do not have phone number to contact. My strong suggestion: NEVER NEVER NEVER use Regus!

I echo the negative reviews in the past - everything takes extra time and requires extra steps, like they're trying their best to nickel and dime and hold on to your money as long as possible. Office flooded, but because we didn't accept their alternative, they continued to charge us rent. Ridiculously high restoration fee after leaving the space, which is even more ridiculous given most of the damage was caused by the flood. You'll have to request to get your deposit back after leaving, or they keep it. Customer service takes a long time to respond. And, while arguing with them over these items, they cited legal language incorrectly in an attempt to convince us that we're in the wrong. They have lower prices, but in Boston, definitely worth the effort to go to CIC instead (I'm going back myself) - flawless customer service, amazing community, and outstanding amenities at CIC.
