Extremely slow service. Mail consolidation took over a month even though the website says 24–48 hours. Customer service never replied to emails, and they still charged storage fees during the consolidation delay. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience using the meeting room at Idea Space. The location is perfect, right on Boylston Street, making it easy for everyone to get there. The space was comfortable, professional, and well set up for meetings. Connecting to the TV for our video conference was quick and seamless, which made it easy to include remote team members without any hassle. The staff was helpful and responsive, and the overall setup made for a smooth, productive meeting. We would absolutely book here again and recommend it to teams looking for a convenient, well-equipped meeting space in Boston.

Very underwhelmed with the space. To start, there is no way to actually access the office, which is on the 5th floor, as the elevator is managed with a key fob and no way to contact the front desk. The space is very low-budget and had a grundy feel. Toilets overflowed, almost no coffee in the kitchen and the furniture was very beat up. Person at the front desk didn't know how to operate the temperature for our room which was frustrating.

Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone.
