Great location. Clean and good amenities. Amazing customer service from the start but when I forgot my MacBook Charger, John was kind and UPSed it back to me in California. He was very responsive.

Extremely slow service. Mail consolidation took over a month even though the website says 24–48 hours. Customer service never replied to emails, and they still charged storage fees during the consolidation delay. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
We had a great experience using the meeting room at Idea Space. The location is perfect, right on Boylston Street, making it easy for everyone to get there. The space was comfortable, professional, and well set up for meetings. Connecting to the TV for our video conference was quick and seamless, which made it easy to include remote team members without any hassle. The staff was helpful and responsive, and the overall setup made for a smooth, productive meeting. We would absolutely book here again and recommend it to teams looking for a convenient, well-equipped meeting space in Boston.

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Idea Space.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Idea Space, who is more than happy to help out.
