awful establishment and awful customer service, refuse to cancel my contract have called multiple times, been stuck paying 50$ a month the last 1.5 years for a service I no longer use/ the llc I had there dont even exist anymore, wild!!!!

The offices themselves are ok, but overpriced. The problem is the service, which is a whole bunch of "don't care" from Regus staff. The center staff are nice, but ineffectual. For instance: - my wired internet connection in my office has currently been down for a week, staff are unable to give me a status of when it will be fixed - I am paying extra for a static IP address, but that was lost somehow when I moved offices 6 months ago. Though I have complained repeatedly, it has not been restored and I am still being charged. - At any point in time, you can count on some of the shared office equipment being out of order: the paper shredder, as one example, has had an "out of order" sticky on it for over a year. The best thing about this place has nothing to do with Regus, it is the fact it is co-located with the Schraffts building, which has a great cafeteria. If you need an office in this particular location, consider it. Otherwise I can not recommend it.

This used to be an amazing location but the service has really gone down. The young woman at the front desk has been really rude and is lacking customer service skills. I miss the professional service that was here before
