Great experience renting an office space. I would recommend

The maintenance of this building is declining. These people are slum lords. I had multiple suites in this building, and I had to vacate one because of MICE. I put in a maintenance request so they could try to find the mice; the smell was atrocious. The maintenance guy showed up with an air freshener and told me that I needed to open the door to let it air out, that the smell was moisture, not a dead rodent. My brother and husband, who also worked in the building, had to get involved. Just like I said, TWO DEAD MICE WERE FOUND. The hallway, the bathrooms, and the kitchen area are ALWAYS DIRTY. The front entrance is never locked when it’s supposed to be. There have been times when I went after hours, and the door was wide open, as shown in the picture below. The building is poorly maintained overall. I’ve sent emails along with pictures, and nothing has changed.
