If I could leave negative stats I would. 1 star isn’t fair to give. I have been requesting a call from ANY manager that works at this building and still a month and a half later NO CALL. They play with peoples money. I’ve requested a FULL retainer refund and they’re charging it and not explaining to me why. One of the charges was already taken out of my ACCOUNT. But nobody calls you back. This location is the worst and I think it’s just REGUS. REGUS WILL NEVER AGAIN HAVE ANY OF MT BUSINESS ANS I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM. Still haven’t resolved this issues and STILL waiting for a call……. Lord give me patience. Edited : I DID SUBMIT TICKETS. Stop telling people to submit tickets. That doesn’t help me and has not. A manager named Michelle finally called. I missed the call and called back next day and no answer of course. Regus can kick rocks.

Months later and I am still being billed for a space I cancelled. They tried to get me a deal and I agreed but then due to unethical billing practices and them informing me i had to pay off my old one and in advance for the new one at the same time with a contract due to start a month and a half later I declined going forward. They now have collections after me for a space I did not agree to, set up or currently have. STAY FAR AWAY. Work out of your garage if you have to. Anything is better than this company UPDATE- Ive called and emailed to inform I am unable to login. The girl at the office is clueless and unable to assist. Therefore I cannot get into this account to do whatever you are saying in this response regus. Smh. Why doesnt somebody email me since Ive now been threatened with legal action for a space I never used and requested CANCELLATION. Communication is easy there right?? This organization is unscrupulous and reprehensible. As a black business owner I am appalled!!

This Regus location is awesome! Kayla & Dominic are the best. They are professional, helpful and always very cheerful. Appreciate them and the lovely SouthPark location.
