zero stars. do not sign up with Regus. pricing on renewals goes up significantly each renewal 40%+. they send you a renewal notice 5 months in advance and expect you to confirm renewing within 2 weeks of you getting the renewal offer - then it auto renews. even if you are negotiating pricing, and decide to not renew, they will not allow you out of the auto renewed contract, so you are stuck. they accept renewing your contract via email but they will not accept not renewing via email. They acknowledged my email that i was not intending to renew but never mentioned to me that this needed to be submitted via the MyRegus portal until i turned in my keys. they referred to the extremely long and fine print contract for how to cancel. Curtesy would have been to tell me this when i submitted in my non-renewing email. additional, I was over charged me for a coffee card. i asked for 1 card and they charged me for two ($40 a month each). i didn't find this out until after i was trying to cancel my contract. i asked for a refund on that and they declined. i liked the people there until all of this unfolded. their unwillingness to work to make a situation right is very disturbing and a very poor business model. as someone who works in sales and with the public, i would never treat someone in this fashion. they definitely have an auto email signature for these situations

DON'T DO IT. Absolutely horrendous. Got charged $600 for a $150 plan. Co working office has no co working area. No office rooms. Front desk useless. Online support useless. Can't recommend enough that you DO NOT do business with these clowns.

We haven’t had internet at our “corp” regional office in almost 4 weeks. They refuse to give a credit and it’s constantly not working. They just keep telling us we can “go to another location.” Charles at the front desk couldn’t be nicer but nice doesn’t give us working internet. The way Regus corporate handled this situation is horrible. As of today there is still no internet.

Great location, reasonable price, quiet, lots of offices, and the guy who works the front desk(Charles) couldn’t be nicer. On the other hand, it feels like there’s a bait and switch going on. I got the package of 5 office days and you have to reserve them. Guess when the next day is available to book? Never. So this quiet, nearly empty co-working space with capacity for at least 100 people (but no more than 10 in the office today) has four “co-working spots” which are all reserved indefinitely by four people who got the unlimited (vs 5-day) package. They will not let me come and use those five days. I can now drive half-way to uptown or half-way to the airport, but that’s not why I got a place walking distance from my house. Like getting a timeshare with promises of Hawaii, but the only availability is on the Jersey shore.

Don't trust them to answer your company's phones. They spent months not answering our calls and/or appropriately forwarding the messages to our voicemail. This was only discovered because I was adding an additional staff person to whom they were supposed to forward calls specifically for her. Instead, they began forwarding all calls to her. Long story short, found out that prior to that they never answered a single one of our calls. This had been going on for months. When I inquired as to why, the manager, Miranda, gave me a bunch of non-sense including that it's not her fault. She was adamant that those calls were answered but has no idea as to where they have been sent over the past 5 months. I requested a copy of the voicemails they claim to have forwarded me via email, but have yet to receive a single one. The ineptitude and dishonesty led me to find another vendor to answer my phone line, but Miranda continues to obfuscate and denies my request for a reduction in the monthly rate (even though I am now paying them and another vendor for the same service. Bottom line: They are the absolute worst. Bewared.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Regus - Charlotte - Toringdon operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.
