I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Regus – Charlotte, 2015 Ayrsley Town Blvd. I signed up for a virtual business address as a startup business and was initially very encouraged. The price of $145.50 seemed reasonable, and I was eager to begin welcoming clients using this location. Unfortunately, a system error resulted in a duplicate account being created, which caused me to be charged twice for the same service. I immediately notified Regus of the error and requested that the duplicate account be canceled and the duplicate charge refunded. This issue began on 10/27/2025, and as of today, the duplicate account still exists and no refund has been issued. A billing error of this nature should be simple to correct, yet it has not been handled with urgency, transparency, or professionalism. As a startup business owner, integrity and trust are critical. Unfortunately, how this matter has been handled does not reflect the level of professionalism I expected. The lack of follow-through to correct a clear billing mistake is unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be referring anyone to this location. I sincerely hope management reviews their billing and customer service processes to prevent this from happening to other businesses. Can someone please advise why this duplicate account has not been corrected and refunded after repeated requests, and what additional steps are required to resolve a matter that should have been addressed promptly?

The team at this location is amazing! Tracie helped me get started in 1 day and gave the tour of the property and after that Yida and Tatiana have been phenomenal in ensuring that the shared office feels like my own office space. Overall I have been nothing but impressed with how well managed this location is and would recommend this to anyone looking for shared office space. ---------------------------------------------- Edit: I've been charged twice on my credit card for pantry service that I've not been using since I don't use the office space anymore. And I'm being told that I won't be refunded the money. Apart from that - A feedback - please allow the office management app to manage support tickets with the system. I.e. once a user files a ticket, they should be able to see those tickets within the app and should be able to reply/close those tickets from the app and not just the email.
