Customer Service very rude and forcefully applying collection practices to my business account on office space unused told to either use the service or be hit with more fines and collections regardless of if I use the service or not and the customer service was tyranical and very condescending. Why do business with corporations who seek to ruin the image of small business malicously I am a start up the timing was off from ability to pay to signing but no one considered that even though i never sit foot back in the building and i called several times to let them know prior to 30. Day window that my friend girl completed the form to eearly and no one recorded any notes. Or notation on account forcing my business into collections with a service i never utilized.

Terrible conditions, temperature differences between 60 and 86 in one day. Dirty dishes, worst restroom you have ever seen. No one is cleaning the restroom for months. Terrible conditions at an enormous price. The Management is not present and is not taking care about any claims!!! Everything else, but REGUS. RUN RUN RUN!!!

Unfortunately, I've had a less than satisfactory experience with this company's billing department. I used their office space and co-working services. The front office staff was fantastic and even tried their best to help but were unsuccessful. The staff and the office space is the reason I'm giving this three stars and not one. The billing procedures were confusing and inconsistently applied. When I first signed on, I informed them several times I only wanted it for two months. Due to holiday and technical issues, I was unable to put in the "non-renewal" request before the deadline and they charged me for another full month. The deadline was missed by two days and multiple attempts to rectify these errors were met with resistance, making for a disappointing and frustrating experience. I've tried to settle multiple times and they don't respond to my emails, however, are still charging me and assessing late fees 7 months after I have left. The company’s inability to deliver transparent and accurate billing undermines trust and adds unnecessary stress to the client journey. I wouldn't recommend them for anything short-term. WeWork is much better and has fewer billing issues. I urge potential clients to be cautious and hope the company takes immediate steps to correct these issues for the sake of their reputation and customer satisfaction.
