If you are looking for a workspace that doesn't just house your business but actually propels it, look no further than Regus at University Executive Park in Charlotte. From the moment I walked into the building, the atmosphere shifted. There is a specific kind of "mogul energy" here—the combination of the sleek, professional design and the floor-to-ceiling windows makes you feel like you’ve already reached the top before you even sit down at your desk. What truly sets this location apart: • The "Vibe" of Success: The grand architecture and modern interiors provide a prestigious backdrop that has done wonders for my professional confidence and my brand's image. • A Support Team That Cares: The staff here doesn’t just manage a desk; they act as a silent partner in your success. Whether it’s handling mail, welcoming guests, or ensuring the technology is seamless, they go above and beyond to aid my business in every way possible. • Top-Tier Amenities: From the high-speed fiber internet to the pristine meeting rooms and the refreshing breakout areas, every service is designed to remove friction so I can focus entirely on growth. • Networking & Location: Being in the heart of the University area puts you in a hub of innovation. The networking opportunities and the proximity to the city’s major business districts are unbeatable. Regus University Charlotte hasn't just given me an office; they’ve given me a headquarters that matches my ambition.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. From the time I entered the building until I left, I felt like a CEO. I was treated with the most outstanding customer service and all of my business needs were met. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future

My experience with Regis has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend them as a virtual office provider. When I signed up, I was promised a two-year rate of $65 per month for a virtual office. Despite that agreement, my pricing was repeatedly increased. I have now been with this office for four years, and the lack of consistency and transparency around billing has been a constant issue. My virtual office agreement included mail and package handling. Without clear communication or customer consent, Regis began charging additional fees for mail handling. Even more concerning, they mishandled my mail to the point that items are now missing. I was not notified that mail was being sent out or redirected. Losing business mail is not a small inconvenience, it creates real operational risk. Customer service has been equally troubling. Phone interactions have been rude and dismissive. There is no sense that long-term customers are valued. Management changes frequently, which contributes to inconsistency and a lack of accountability. Operationally, the office is unreliable. The front desk is often unattended. On multiple occasions, both I and my employees have had to wait 20 minutes or more just to retrieve mail or packages because no one was present. A virtual office exists to support business operations, not slow them down. Overall, my experience has been that promises are not honored, communication is poor, and service standards are inconsistent. For a business relying on secure mail handling and professional reception services, this level of instability is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not choose Regus again and would not recommend them to others seeking a dependable virtual office solution.
