I wish I would’ve did more research when getting a virtual office here I am constantly being over charged, you can barely reach the ppl in charge and I refuse to put a card on file so they made me do a security deposit… they wouldn’t adjust my bill so I had to pay it and they credited me the difference but I’m not going to do that every month they make a mistake and you suffer from it !!!! Also I thought they were month to month but now I’m stuck in a year lease ! And being over charged! After doing more research there virtual office is on the pricey side ! They have a really nice building from the outside and the location is ideal for where I live but if you choose Fairview location watch your invoices! So update 5/1/26 I got over charged for april this is the second month I have been over charged !!!! This is irritating!!! I talk to a supervisor she was soooo unhelpful so I asked her to speak to her boss no one has returned my call !!! Then I paid a visit to the office talk to the receptionist she sent a email to her boss still no call !!!! So I prolonged paying the invoice but I get email saying my payment late ! They credit me money back but it went to the invoice amount that I was over charged so they still owe me !!!! I think this company does this often to customers!!! Please find another office space to rent Regus full of it !!! And management doesn’t care !

Really bad. Overpriced. Temperature in one day can be between 60 F and 85 F. Regus is only blaming the building and doesn't take over responsibility. Also dishes are dirty. Things got stolen. Cleaning is not done properly. Never would sign a contract with them again.

RUN RUN RUN!!! Heavily overpriced. Really dirty. Internet is not working (can't even do Teams calls). No help from Regus. Power blackouts all the time. Dirty and disgusting dishes!!! Never go there.

After being a Regus client for nearly a decade, I would never lease corporate space from them again. Their customer service has declined greatly and the front desk is not available a lot due to decreased staffing. Your concerns fall upon deaf ears. I will never be a returning client and would “NEVER” refer them to any individual. I give them an F.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Regus - Charlotte - Southpark Fairview is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • At Regus - Charlotte - Southpark Fairview, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
