Ending my membership was unnecessarily difficult and expensive. Manager Bindi Rama was unwilling to consider a reasonable compromise, even after I vacated the office and made it available for immediate re-rental. I was also charged a $200 setup fee and informed of a separate $200 restoration fee, despite returning the office in excellent condition with no damage or alterations. Prospective members should request a complete fee breakdown and carefully review the cancellation terms before signing.

My experience with manager Bindi Rama was disappointing, particularly when I attempted to end my membership. I found her approach inflexible and felt there was little willingness to consider my circumstances or work toward a reasonable solution. Although the office was already vacant and available to be rented to someone else, management continued to enforce the full notice period without meaningful consideration of the impact on my business. I was also charged a $200 move-in/setup fee and informed that I would be responsible for a $200 move-out/restoration fee. These additional charges were not clearly emphasized during the sales process. The office was returned in excellent condition, with no alterations, damage, or modifications, so I believe charging a standard restoration fee under those circumstances is unreasonable. Prospective members should carefully review the cancellation requirements and request a complete written explanation of all move-in, monthly, and move-out fees before signing. In my experience, the membership was easy to begin but unnecessarily difficult and costly to end.
