I absolutely love working from Industrious Bond. The space is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and creates the perfect environment to be productive and inspired. Getting out of the house and working here always gives me a boost of energy and focus. What truly sets this location apart is the incredible staff. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in creating a great experience for members. A special shoutout to Quiana, who consistently goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued and taken care of. I would highly recommend Industrious Bond to anyone looking for a workspace that combines an amazing atmosphere, exceptional service, and a strong sense of community.

The person who manages the place (who shares the same name as the actor who played Neo in the Matrix) takes zero ownership for her mistakes, does not apologize for them, and gaslights you for pointing such things out. When showing up to this location, she told me that my membership only gave me access to the other one on Camelback--however, she was the one who set up my membership, at which time I told her that I wanted access to all of them, which she confirmed when I was signing up. However, when I showed up to this location, she said I was not supposed to be there because my membership was only good for the other one on Camelback. I reminded her about how when she helped me to sign up, I told her I wanted my membership to be to all the locations. She just ignored me, and just kept repeating herself that I was not supposed to be there. Totally crazy and unbelievable behavior! She just looked at me like I was insane. So just note the manager is unreasonable, unpredictable and can randomly act like a nut. Very disturbing. I've never encountered anyone in my life like this.
