Place is very haunted especially the 5th floor i saw an old man in a suit on this floor he said nothing and had pale skin. Also saw a security person in a different looking uniform. Also hear phantom sneezing, coughing and voices at times when no one is here

I love Indy! The open areas are so beautiful and the offices are so nice to work from. Even the phone booths are well done. But what makes it a 100/5 is Daniel! So friendly, helpful and he genuinely seems to love his job. He is amazing and makes every day a joy.

Cannot recommend Indy highly enough if you are looking for coworking or meeting space in Phoenix! We used this space for a team offsite and could not have asked for a better experience. Wonderful meeting space and common space, and all the amenities to keep us comfy. Shout out to Daniel for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. We’ll be back!

Well, Well, Well. It's about time Phoenix (Downtown) had a quality, professional atmosphere to work in. I've tried a few over the years, I won't name them here but you know who they are. Indy - Industrious Downtown location is absolutely awesome in my opinion and experience. It looks elegant, professional and trendy. If you want a calm, professional atmosphere and you want to impress your clients then this is the location. Walkability, restaurants, amenities, concerts, etc. Oh they even have a private gym for the tenants! No need to leave the building. We signed a 2 or 3 year contract, which says a lot. We plan on being here in the long run. I'm not disappointed and you wont be either.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Industrious.
