My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. One of the biggest issues is the lack of consistency and accountability. Community managers seem to change every couple months or so, which makes it difficult to get reliable help or build any continuity. I also felt misled during the sales process by Nate, and the experience after signing did not match what was presented upfront. When billing issues came up, general management was unable to provide meaningful support or a clear resolution. The company feels very decentralized, and it often seems like no one has the authority or responsibility to actually solve problems. The operations are poorly managed overall. There appear to be very few tenants, which is not surprising given the lack of reliability and organization. Scheduling meetings is also frustrating because communication is inconsistent and follow-through is minimal. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Spaces or Regus to anyone looking for dependable management, clear billing support, or a professionally run community.
