We have had offices here for the last 5 years. Great location, no problems whatsoever with anything . I recommend this building highly for an office…. Big or small

Scammers that lie to you about the fees upfront and the amount of time that you get your "retainer" fee back, which is like a deposit. There is zero customer service, besides the front desk workers (who are typically very nice) but unfortunately not given full power. I am on day 51 of waiting for my money back, and they will respond to this and say, "we're sorry to hear, please open a ticket," and nothing. Should have told my bank I was getting scammed rather than waiting so long. Liars and unethical business. Do not do your office work here, find another company or solution.

I was ripped off by a company using this address named m&p construction/remodeling......they are not tenants here....regua should do something about this scam
