im a door dash worker and i had a recent incident with one of your employees Michelle R she was being disrespectful towards me and cussing me out and threatening me and saying i took her food and left it where i wanted too but i tried following her instructions and her address provided was wrong, i dont like the fact someone that rude is working here. all i did was do my job im still new to down town so i do get lost finding places there and then.

Front desk receptionist has no customer service and they don’t validate parking even though you have an appointment with them.

The representative changed the price for a lower rate, told me that is what it would be for a year; then after I sent back the contract, she said it was only for the first few months. I immediately said cancel because was quoted a rate, but was told something different, didn't know if this company was Renaissance or Spaces. I told her I was uncomfortable with the hold process do not proceed until I callback because I felt like I was being defrauded. I have sent all the emails with this information; I was told billing would stop but they keep sending me these bills for a service I have NEVER RECEIVED. Please stop, especially with the threatening emails. Center name: AZ, Phoenix - Spaces One Renaissance Tower Account balance Payments Amount Outstanding balance on 30 November 2023 $ 543.84 Payment received - $ 0.00 December 2023 invoice 4525-22475 $ 47.80 Total payment due $ 591.64
