Buyer Beware: Unreliable Billing and Poor Communication I advise potential members to carefully review their contracts & invoices, as I was repeatedly billed for services I never utilized. Resolving these billing discrepancies has been incredibly frustrating. The Area Manager is highly unresponsive, routinely ignoring emails and VERY difficult to work with. She has no willingness to listen or work with customers. This co-working space is more than 50% empty for a reason. They force you to upload ccard on their billing portal so you have no control of their charges.

im a door dash worker and i had a recent incident with one of your employees Michelle R she was being disrespectful towards me and cussing me out and threatening me and saying i took her food and left it where i wanted too but i tried following her instructions and her address provided was wrong, i dont like the fact someone that rude is working here. all i did was do my job im still new to down town so i do get lost finding places there and then.
