Our experience with Regus has been excellent, and a big part of that is thanks to the people who make the difference every day. Arricka has been outstanding — she’s professional, approachable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. From helping us get settled in to answering questions quickly and thoroughly, she makes the process effortless. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the clients here, and that kind of service is rare. We’ve also received great support from Silvania, the City Manager, who has been proactive and attentive in making sure our office needs are met. Knowing that leadership is actively involved and supportive really gives us confidence in Regus as a company. It feels like we’re part of a community here rather than just renting space. For any business considering flexible office solutions, I highly recommend Regus. The professionalism and warmth from the team, especially Arricka and Silvania, make all the difference. They’ve set the bar high for what client service should look like.

We have been renting two suites at this Regus center since 2022 and could not be happier with our experience. The location is perfect—convenient, central, and easily accessible for both our team and clients. Free parking and the train across the street are a plus. What truly sets this center apart, however, is the staff. Erica and Silvania are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this Regus center to anyone looking for a office space with excellent service and great location.

Made a reservation, paid for reservation, a girl named Erica from Regis called and said she wouldn't be staying because she had personal things she needed to do and they would not be honoring the reservation. She told me I needed to cancel, and the system would not allow me to because it was within 24 hours. I expressed that to her, and she said she was not going to stay past 530 to honor my reservation I had already paid for.
