I had a very bad experience with Regus. I came to this location for a meeting with a woman named Julie. She was very polite and friendly, showed me the offices, and asked me to fill out a basic form with my information and what I was looking for. I clearly explained that I did NOT need an office. I only needed a business address/mail service. Julie told me that this service would cost around $60–$70 per month and said that she would send me an agreement the next day for me to review and sign. I agreed and waited for the agreement. I NEVER received any agreement to sign. Instead, I suddenly started receiving invoices for more than $600. I have never worked from this office, never used an office there, never received the service I was promised, and most importantly, I never signed any rental agreement or contract authorizing these charges. I am attaching the invoices so people can see exactly what I am talking about. I have contacted them multiple times and explained the situation, but they continue sending me invoices and claiming that I owe them money. From my experience, this is completely unacceptable. Be extremely careful before giving this company your information or filling out any forms. Make sure you receive and read an actual written agreement before anything is activated or charged. I would not recommend Regus based on my experience.

⭐ 1 Star — Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this location. In mid-June, I met with Julie, the location attendant, because I was looking for a business address. We initially discussed an office for approximately $140 per month. During the conversation, I explained that I did not actually need office space — what I really needed was a business address. Julie told me they had another option for approximately $60–$70 per month that would provide the address service I needed. I told her that this option sounded good to me. She asked me to provide my information and fill out a form. At the end of the meeting, she told me their system was not working and that she would send me the agreement the next day so I could review and sign it. I never received that agreement. I never returned to use the office, never used the office space, and never understood that I had entered into an office rental agreement. Then, at the beginning of August, I suddenly received an invoice for more than $600. I was shocked. I immediately started contacting customer support and trying to reach Julie. I have been transferred between different departments and have had an extremely difficult time getting anyone to actually resolve the issue. I have also escalated the matter to regional management, including Donna Sherro, and I am still trying to get these charges removed. After this happened, I also checked the company’s BBB profile and found other customer complaints describing similar types of billing and cancellation issues. I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with this company research customer complaints and carefully read and keep copies of every document before providing personal or company information. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am disputing the entire amount and have requested that the company provide me with a complete copy of any agreement they claim I accepted, including the pricing, terms, and evidence showing when and how I accepted it. I hope management resolves this issue and removes the disputed charges. If they do, I will be happy to update my review to reflect the resolution. For now, based on my personal experience, this is a 1-star review.

About three weeks ago, I visited this office because I was interested in renting a workspace for my business. Over the phone, I was told the cost would be around $140 per month, so I came in to learn more. During my visit, Julie asked me to fill out what she described as a simple form with my basic information. I understood it to be an information form, not a final agreement. Afterward, I was told that the office package did not include the business address I specifically needed. I immediately explained that this would not work for my business and that I was not interested in moving forward. Julie told me not to worry, that the paperwork we had completed was not the final agreement, and that she would call me the next day and send me a new agreement with the option I actually needed. I never received that phone call, and I never received a new agreement or any follow-up communication. Then yesterday, completely out of the blue, I received an email stating that I owed more than $600. I honestly do not understand what these charges are for, what I was supposedly enrolled in, or how I could have been charged when I clearly stated that I was not proceeding with the office that was shown to me. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope management will carefully investigate what happened and resolve this situation fairly. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering this company to make sure they fully understand every document before signing or providing any information.
