We have been using Hedhofis' workspaces for over three years (Longueuil and Square Victoria) and are completely satisfied. From Charles initially to Tuan today, their responsiveness is exemplary. Overall, a very satisfying experience. The offices are clean and well-maintained, and for a coworking space, the people who use the environment are generally very respectful. HedHofis ensures that basic necessities are available, allowing us to properly receive clients for business meetings. The Square-Victoria office location was ideal for easy access by public transport. A small perk for those looking for a coworking space: the bicycle parking in the building is secure, and a pass is provided upon request if you use active transportation. Thank you for these two years, HedHofis.

I partnered with Hedhofis to quickly secure a professional office space, and my only reaction was: WOW (I'd even go so far as to say: WOW!). The experience was remarkably well executed, from the initial contact to the final setup. Everything is designed to be simple, clear, and seamless. There's no wasted time, no endless questions, and above all, you feel that the client's needs have been anticipated. The process is fluid, logical, and reassuring. In short: exactly what you expect when looking for a serious workspace. What particularly impressed me was the consistency of the experience: the message is aligned with the delivery, commitments are honored, and the level of service remains consistent at every stage. Nothing is improvised, nothing is forced. I'm very (and that's an understatement) demanding when it comes to customer experience, and honestly, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
