Agree with poster about bathrooms smelling terrible and the "restoration fee" when I did nothing. Also they don't refund your deposit. Avoid.

Horrible experience with Regus, if you want lose your business and clients rent there, The elevator has been down for months and the office is on the sixth floor. Access is extremely difficult, the Regus mangment unresponsive, and they show no concern for clients safety and business. I wanted to terminate my contract earlier due to that, and they just didn’t accept and they cover themselves with the contract. If you need more information contact me and I will provide full information and emails.

Persistent bathroom odors, broken elevator, spotty "priority" internet made space unusable.

This coworking space in Saint-Laurent gives the impression that the primary goal is to maximize costs, not the quality of service. The shared spaces are in very poor condition, the restrooms are clearly neglected, and the overall atmosphere doesn't live up to the price. Instead of acknowledging the hygiene and operational issues, I was mainly told about the amounts to be paid, deposits, and additional fees. On paper, the offer seems flexible and "premium," but in reality, it feels more like funding a model that relies on rigid contracts and fine print. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place to professionals who value transparency and respect for their clients.
