I wouldn't recommend this place to solo private practice lawyers unless they really enjoy the river view. The service to tenants is terrible. I'm here solely for the river view, and I have plenty of negative experiences to share. Regus is disrespectful. The rent increased by 47% overnight. I asked for a 4% increase. The woman in charge yelled at me, saying I wasn't considering their need to make a profit and that I was only thinking of myself. The 47% increase also came with a reduction in services: they removed several included amenities, including the conference room. They charge rent for the sign with your name in front of the elevator. The sign costs rent. I would not recommend this place to solo lawyers in private practice unless they really enjoy the river view. The service provided to tenants is terrible. I am here solely for the river view, and I have plenty of negative experiences to share. Regus treats its clients with disrespect. They increased my rent by 47% overnight. I asked that the increase be limited to 4%. The woman in charge shouted at me, saying that I was not considering their need to make a profit and that I was only thinking about myself. The 47% rent increase also came with a reduction in services: they removed several previously included services, including access to the conference room. They even charge rent for the name plaque outside the elevator. Yes, the plaque with your company's name on it has its own monthly rental fee.

Horrible company! They keep charging credit cards for services which were never used.

Everything works. Great wifi. Helpful personnel. Awesome views. The internal decoration is a bit boring and gray.
