Worst service in the world, a phantom invoice from 2018, sent in 2026, without any supporting documentation. One wonders if the organization has financial problems.

I just contacted them to have rates and they literally harass me. At least 6 calls a day from different numbers. I had to block them Update 12 Dec 2025 I am still harassed by Regus. I blocked 4 other numbers. Such practice should be forbidden

I recently used Regus for a one-day business planning workshop, and while the experience had its positive aspects, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The Good: The space was very nice and cozy, with a convenient location right by the metro. I couldn’t have asked for a better setting for my workshop. The environment was professional and well-suited for business purposes. The Bad: Unfortunately, the experience was marred by some logistical hiccups. When I arrived at 8:30 AM, there was no reception available, which was frustrating as my conference was scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM. We were unable to access the reserved and paid room until later, which delayed our start. The staff member present seemed unsure about the room access and the coffee options. I had been told during the reservation process that I could add the coffee service upon arrival, but it took quite some time to get confirmation and access to a coffee card. The delay was inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience. That said, I appreciated the gesture of the staff member giving me her own coffee card to resolve the issue, which showed effort on her part to make up for the confusion.

Impossible to reach 1200 McGill college suite 1100 Montreal. Nobody answer the phone, even the Regus headquarter is unable to reach them. And it's as usual, not just today. They had our mails and we are unable to get it, we cannot have any info about our mail as they are not reachable. This is causing damages to our business. Causing damages to the clients is the worst a company like Regus can do. They charge us 122$ every month (it's 1464$+tax/year) just to relay our mails once a week and they are able to screw up this simple overpriced task :-(
