This is regarding my recent booking at your Wellington Ave. location on Tuesday, September 30, from 14:00 to 17:00. I arrived at 13:50 but was unable to access the building as the downstairs door was locked. The Regus app failed to open the door. I immediately submitted a help desk ticket but received no response. I also called Regus customer service and the Wellington Ave. center directly, but no one answered. Eventually, I managed to enter the building only when someone exited. Once inside, I found no staff at the front desk. As of 15:40, no assistance had been provided. I was forced to meet my client in the common kitchen area, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience, especially considering the professional services Regus promises to provide.

Agency completely disorganized. I contacted their office for information, I received an initial automatic email with no follow-up. I followed up a first time and received two building proposals but no details on which office corresponds to which price. I called Jessica the first time, who was not available and gave me a telephone appointment at 4 p.m. I did not receive a message. I followed up a second time and I received a standard message from Farah talking about check-in. I answered him and no response. I followed up for the third time and I received another standard message from Dominique who did not call me but offered me visits even though I indicated that I had specific questions before coming. Not only did Farah and Dominique not answer my questions, but they wrote in English even though I have been communicating in French from the beginning. I wonder: is this incompetence, contempt, racism, or stupidity? It discourages me to rent two offices in one of their towers, so ciao! Fortunately, with remote working, there are more offices available for businesses.

Does not respect the contract - Invoice more expensive than agreed - Poor Customer Service - Once signed, Regus holds its customers hostage and refuses to help.

We've been harassed by this company on the phone for several days. We refuse the calls, but they continue to contact us with new numbers that we block one by one, in addition to leaving us voicemails daily. This method is truly ridiculous. We only wanted an estimate for a room, but it doesn't make us want to work with them.
