IDEAL was truly ideal for what I needed. I am traveling from out of country and this spot offered exactly what I needed: fast and reliable internet for an on-camera interview. The room set aside for me was enough for my needs: a small room (call booth) with a door, quiet atmosphere, outlets to charge my laptop and a small desk. I only needed it for a couple of hours and didn't have to pay for a full day nor do a long term contract. Perfect! The owner communicated with me via whatsapp as I inquired about the service. I got free coffee and snacks while I was out there. The area was safe and I felt at home. There is a restroom and more restrooms outside of the building. Easy to find with Uber. There are signs that lead to the suite. Thank you for making this space available and accommodating for people who either need a short time there or a long time there. Book it! You won't regret it.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ideal.
