Officially the worst coworking space in town. I can finally leave this review because they just decided to return my deposit (be prepared for a long and frustrating process if you ever want to get yours back) After only six months, they tried to increase prices by 30%. The place is far from professional: people are often sleeping on the sofas, and even the staff can be caught napping at their desks. I had to ask multiple times just to have our office cleaned. Amenities are practically non-existent: you need to pay extra even for coffee or to scan a document. The infrastructure is poorly maintained: there’s only one meeting room for the entire coworking space, and the so-called phone booths are falling apart. If you’re looking for a serious and professional coworking space, avoid this place at all costs.

Reserved a space here to work on a Sunday, came all the way across town, and it was closed. Don’t let me book and take my money if you’re not open!! That’s pretty much the most basic problem ever.

Initial review Dec 2025: Unresponsive finance team withholding thousands of dollars in deposit (while having no explanation or communication). This coworking space leaves a lot to be desired after the big promises of a professional and dynamic workplace. While it used to be an empty space with a handful of people on site, they transformed the place into an unprofessional chaos of gamers taking recess together (with the smells to go with it). I would never bring a client at that location. Jan 2025 update: Still no reimbursement despite several communications with Spaces despite formal notice. No answer other than from the local office manager who has no information from finance. The ticket referred as answer below from Spaces was closed within hours without actions. This company is either close to bankruptcy or the most dishonest. Either, avoid at all costs! Feb 2025 update: Still no reimbursement and no response from the finance team. Everyone at Spaces refuses to talk and find out why they cannot issue a retainer refund. This is nuts. Worst customer care ever!!! March 2025 update: No reimbursement. Spaces keep the same rhetoric: only basic communication from the secretary, no contact elsewhere. The support team is quick to close tickets without actions. No word from the finance team. They keep promising dates for payment, but never follow through.
