You think rent will be 650$ for 1 month, but they then charge you with a 650$ cleaning fee (for a tiny closet office) on top of it! They hide that in the contract… Be careful and expect to pay a lot more than you’re initially told… they also want an extra month rent deposit just in case. Other than that, the place is clean, most of the staff is nice and the location is good. They would have better reviews and more clients if they were more customer centric.

In line with other comments. A company that acts in clear violation of Quebec's consumer protection laws as it advertises a price around $150 but then immediately charges you $150 + $280. What you think is an affordable option becomes a $430 purchase, with recurring invoices. Cancellation will only take place at the next round, and invoicing is ahead of time, so you will likely be on the hook for a larger sum than anticipated. The fine print is that the company invoices ahead of time, multiple months. This is also a company with a sprawling debt collection system that will go to great lengths to pursue the payment of their abusive charges. The Province and courts of Quebec have some work to do here. You have been warned, don't enter your details in the system.
