As someone who comes in to the general coworking area. It's an okay space. Here are my problems with it: - During lunch the coworking space smells like food because the kitchen is connected to the working area. - Front desk is rude. Seems like she hates working here and everyone who comes in through that front door. - Chairs are not comfortable, no office chairs. - Sometimes the front door is locked and there is no one at the desk to open the door. Edit: it’s hilarious that you think i am going to/should create a ticket for you! If you cared enough or at all you would do that yourself and go try to improve on things. I already did my job to warn people that your coworking space is trash.

I had a lovely experience at this Spaces location. I was very comfortable and Ariana the receptionist was very attentive, thoughtful and professional! She went above and beyond to ensure everything went operationally smooth and I could recommend her more! Truly a gem of a human and embodies the spirit that I wish more Spaces locations had.

Great place to rent an office for a few days. Nice outdoor space and great little sandwich shop conveniently located right next to it.

I recently had an experience with "Spaces" that I feel compelled to share. While I always approach new spaces with an open mind, there were several aspects of this particular coworking space that left me disappointed. 1. Noise Levels and Soundproofing Issues: The coworking space houses a table football game, which, while entertaining for some, can be incredibly loud. This wouldn't be a significant issue if the phone booths were soundproof. Unfortunately, they aren't. This means that without headphones, any calls you make can easily be interrupted by the noise of the game and the accompanying shouts. When I raised this concern, the staff's response was dismissive, suggesting it was my problem to deal with. 2. Coffee Amenities: One might expect complimentary coffee in a coworking space, but that's not the case here. The filter coffee machines are consistently out of order. The alternative is a coffee machine that charges $2.5 per cup, and the quality of the coffee is subpar. 3. Payment System Concerns: The payment system lacks transparency. I found it challenging to understand the agreement terms, primarily because the staff couldn't communicate them clearly. Unlike spaces like WeWork, where you're charged a fixed amount without giving them access to your credit card, here it seems they have the liberty to charge your card as they see fit. 4. Feedback Handling: After voicing my concerns in an internal poll, I was taken aback when the staff approached me, requesting that I delete my negative feedback. This reaction to genuine criticism was disheartening. To sum up, my experience with "Spaces" was less than satisfactory due to concerns with their payment system, noise levels, lack of amenities, and their approach to feedback. I hope potential patrons consider these points before deciding to use their services.
