This building is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located. Being locally-owned, there is an investment in the people and the property that is hard to find elsewhere. The rates are fair and flat, and there are no pricing shenanigans. It has been a wonderful experience working in this building. My clients always comment on how beautiful it is. My personal favorite feature is the expansive outdoor courtyard and walking paths that provide a lovely break from the work grind.

This office space is much better than a coworking office space. We have been in both. This is hands down better. We have been in the building for four years now. The office suites are spacious, and the building is in excellent condition and in a great location (not far from downtown Austin and close to some nice west Austin restaurants). Parking is a breeze.
