Our first shared workspace location in Texas is housed within the Foundry, an amenity-rich and eco-friendly development located in Austin’s most eclectic neighborhood. Located only a half block from the MetroRail station at Plaza Saltillo and minutes to downtown, this convenient location also offers three levels of underground parking. Almost 30,000 square feet of comfort and sophistication make this an ideal work environment.

If you’re looking for after hours access (after 5 or weekends) avoid at all costs. Constant access issues. Management unhelpful. Also more expensive than many other options in the area. They only care about office renters. Casual users go somewhere else.

Such a great office, friendly staff, amazing snacks! Best office drop in place yet!

Can't say enough great things about Scott and Sadie, the exceptional duo who runs this location of Bond Collective! This spot is my favorite coworking space in Austin, and is vastly superior to all of the WeWork locations in the area. My only wish is that there was even more of this lovely space to enjoy!

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
-
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Bond Collective, who is more than happy to help out.
