• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Expansive.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Expansive may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Expansive - Austin Highland operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly. 

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Expansive - Austin Highland? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Expansive - Austin Highland has you covered. Conference Room 4s, Conference Room 5As and Conference Room 5Bs are available by the hour. But you can book Expansive Coworking Lounges, Conference Room 4s and Conference Room 5As for an entire day. Additionally, Expansive Coworking Lounges, Expansive Private Office for 1-2s and Expansive Private Office for 3-4s can be booked on a monthly basis.
