Went to see a doctor about my hearing for the VA. Very nice clean place. Staff was friendly as well.

They charged me for equipment and didn’t tell me upfront they would. They also burst into the room I booked to show it off during a tour. What’s the point of renting a room if they’re just going to barge in?!

Unless you specifically want to have an office with Regus…run. You can do some research to find out how shady their billing and support is at the corporate level. I should have cancelled sooner…oh wait, they won’t let you due to aggressive auto-renew periods and the fact that their “empowered managers” have “their hands tied.” I was here for easily 4-5 years and had 2 of my businesses set up with them. Like most, my billing was on auto-renew and until a payment error, I didn’t realize how much my rates had gone up…with no notice. There are countless better options for a virtual office, especially in Austin. On the upside, so long as you don’t have any issues the staff is pleasant.
