Our mission is to provide a space that combines extreme bandwidth, a full service kitchen and acoustically appropriate work areas. We believe that you need two things for a productive work day: technology that works and a comfortable, professional environment to do it in. Billing experience felt misleading. I purchased a 5-day coworking pass for a single month. At no point during the online checkout or in-person conversation was I told this was a recurring subscription. In fact, I toured the location in person and explicitly confirmed with staff that “5 days for one month” meant one month only, non-recurring, and they verbally confirmed this. Despite this, I was charged again the following month without my authorization or consent. The recurring subscription was not disclosed at signup and was only discoverable afterward by digging into the account settings. This charge was unexpected and not agreed to.

I'm surprised by the largely 5-star ratings. It's OK but not great, after visiting today. That was a bummer because I was excited about the location and potential. I'm looking for a bright workspace, adjustable desks and good chairs, and good monitors. I couldn't find that combination at this location. There is, indeed, quite a bit of clutter. There are some adjustable sit/stand desks, but several are not functioning. There are some monitors to use, but they're actually Magnavox televisions with very low resolution. The person working the front door was helpful and direct, but not very welcoming. Could I have made it work? yes Would I have paid for it? no

I got a free day pass online prior to coming to fibercove. When I arrived I told the front desk my name and that I had a day pass. She told me it would be $35. I told her that online it said it was free and she told me I could only stay for 4 hours so I’d have to leave by 1. Okay fine but maybe that should be better advertised online. I asked if there were private spaces to have meetings and she told me I’d have to book a room for $25+ an hour. I was able to find a desk in a pretty quiet area and take my meeting there. I didn’t bother with the kitchen because of other reviews saying it’s for members only. I ended up spending the rest of my workday at a friend’s house.
