Key cards don’t work, communal kitchen is consistently disgusting, only one bathroom for over 100 suites at the very end of the office, no meeting rooms even though it was part of our lease because it is undergoing construction, when we asked if we could book one of the unrented spaces for a meeting room we were told that wasn’t feasible for them. Overall a complete joke, better off renting an Airbnb short term for your business needs. Could not recommend any less.

Office was immaculate, staff were polite. Vending and food court were avaliable. Toilets were clean and fresh. Wheelchair accessable and parking avaliable in close proximity.

I love Regus. This company offers workspace to various companies in the US and outside of the US. I especially love this location on North Mopac because it’s housed in such a beautiful building. My grand children absolutely adore the Koi pond.

This is the building where Austin vain institute is. Dr Christopher Brennick, one of Austin's top doctors 4 years in a row. I give Dr brennick a stellar review as I've had nothing but great treatments, and surgeries to accomplish the goal of eliminating my many varicose veins. Dr brennick is tops. As to the facility. Smacks of a ritzy, well kept well polished they even have koi ponds on the premises. And lots of law offices in the building lots of doctors lots of investment firms. I can only imagine what the rent is on this building. But it is exceptional in the class of people that are taking up business there. 10 plus
