Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with LaQuinta at Austin Oltorf.

How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community. A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization. It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

LaQuinta at Austin Oltorf is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go. It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with LaQuinta at Austin Oltorf, who is more than happy to help out.

The rooms looked nothing like the ones on website. The hotel is pretty old. The restroom floor was not very clean. The hotel was all enclosed with only one entraré which made it hard to come in if not coming thru main entrante. The front desk person didn't seen too friendly, but yhe security man was super nice. The egg for breakfast were real good and the coffee.

Clean and very safe with cameras, door and gate locks and roving security employees. Our room could have used extra power outlets. Short drive to downtown.

A truly terrible and frightening experience. Last night, there was a serious disturbance in the room next to mine, with shouting and fighting that made it impossible for me to sleep. I contacted the hotel reception to report what was happening, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve the situation. There were also problems around the pool area, with extremely loud music and barbecues causing further disturbance. Once again, I reported the issue to reception, but no effective action was taken. Throughout my stay, I felt genuinely frightened and very unsafe at this hotel. I expected the hotel staff to take these situations seriously and ensure the safety and comfort of their guests, but sadly, that was not my experience at all. A very disappointing and distressing stay.
