We had a space with this executive suite which was used as a mental health clinic. We had an excellent experience with this office over the two years our clinic operated from this location. The space was professional, welcoming, well-maintained, and supported the needs of my practice beautifully. I especially want to recognize Leslie, the office manager, who was consistently kind, professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond on many occasions to ensure things ran smoothly, and her warmth and reliability made a meaningful difference. Leslie was truly one of the major reasons I stayed at this location for as long as I did. I am very grateful for the support, professionalism, and positive experience I had here, and I would highly recommend this office to others.

Been at this office for 5 years. Heat, internet, power all go out occasionally at peak business hours. Rent and payments for services (except parking) are by cheque only. The floor can be accessed by anyone with a door code at anytime. Only one security guard between two premises (45 and 47 Sheppard) who is often on patrol. Complaints are managed but at times take unreasonably long to resolve. Very strange manager Leslie Fernandez got exceptionally angry with a client taking complimentary coffee in the break room.

I have been a tenant of Execuspace for 7 years. It’s a business center located on the top floor of a Crown property building. The staff, Leslie Fernandez, Mary Warford, and Beatrice Mecurriano, are courteous, readily available and go above and beyond for their tenants. When there are issues in the building, tenants are quickly informed and arrangements are made to ensure our safety and keep us updated on Crown’s efforts to rectify any problems. During working hours, reception is available to meet clients and provide a screen for unknown visitors. After hours, access to the floor is limited to those with a security pass and access to the floor is further protected with individualized security codes for each tenant. The office provides meeting rooms and support staff which are available even on short notice.
