Absolutely do not give these people your credit card under any circumstances, run for your life, I can’t seem to get rid of them, they keep emailing us now they finally deleted the credit card but they’re gonna email us for the rest of our lives and no one is connected to anything else, this is not a chain or a franchise, this is not a professional in an office, it’s some dude with a cell phone sleeping all day

Dibbly Create aka THE URBAN WRITERS Dibbly Create is Not a Legitimate Business Entity with a Physical Location. They use 60 Atlantic Avenue in Toronto as a virtual office. I visited their listed address at 60 Atlantic Avenue, Toronto, ON, and was informed by the male receptionist that Dibbly Create does not have a physical office or representative on-site. This raises concerns about the legitimacy of their operations and their ability to provide proper customer support. Speaking of customer support, their phone number is a voicemail-only system, making it impossible to reach an actual representative. Natasha and Marco are running a shoddy business called Dibbly Create where they write books for people using AI, but make sure they remain unreachable except by email. Anyone can write a book using AI, but no one will want read it. The human touch they propose to offer, is of no use, because they are illiterate.

These guys have been losing the majority of my mail for 2 years and then they shrug their shoulders when asked how or why?? I didn't ask to be compensated for poor service but did ask to cancel over email prior to the service renewal due date (which I thought was very reasonable) and now the "community manager" Michael Agnew is trying to charge me for another year?!? Poorly managed office with no ethics!

This has been on of the most disappointing experiences. They locked me in an auto renewal contract that 'can only be cancelled' via the dashboard. I have been working in an off grid area and called them twice to cancel my contract, instead, they continued to charge on cc and ignored all my request even after explaining my situation. Support is completely useless! I have been recommending Regus to all my colleagues in UAE, Rwanda, Kenya, UAE and Qatar and i can't believe how low their corporate practices have gotten.

Hard to contact to support. But their services are affordable. With great locations.
