The center team Rhiannon and Deleon at Space North York is amazing that center is a great vibe and atmosphere to work in.

Service quality has plummeted here. I have been a client for several years, but they no longer value loyal customers. The new front-desk staff are terrible and unprofessional. They lure new clients with very low rates but outrageously overcharge long-term customers. The management is a disaster. They are very respectful when they want to sign you up, but once you become a customer, they stop replying to emails. For example, during the contract phase, Cesar would come and explain everything, but now he doesn't even bother to respond to my emails. Furthermore, the building's hygiene is poor and the attitude is inappropriate. In the winter, there are homeless people sleeping in front of the elevators in the mornings, and management just ignores the issue instead of taking responsibility. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
