Very poor experience. The building’s Wi-Fi is completely unreliable and frequently drops out, which has severely disrupted our team's daily operations. The building climate control is also unacceptable. The A/C does not work properly, leaving our office at a stifling 25°C. The entire building completely lost cooling for a full week, yet management offered absolutely no compensation or remedy for the massive disruption to our workspace. Adding to the frustration, we paid a premium to book a conference room, only to find that the presentation screen did not work, making the space useless for our meeting. The worst part of it all is the total lack of care from management. Overall, the negative reviews here are absolutely true. Avoid this location. They will also charge you a ridiculous fee for "cleaning" upon leaving. They also put unlimited coffee plus "priority internet" on your account without you asking for it and then require YOU to go into the account to remove it.

Deleon at this location is absolutely amazing! She is warm, welcoming, and always helpful with any questions or inquiries I have.
