I have been the Telsec customer for more than five years. I have been paying their invoices on time, have been using the boardrooms once in a while. Today I came to pick up my mail and had an urgent call when came to their premises. I had to stand a speak on the phone on an urgent personal matter near the counter. After I came to the counter and asked for my mail, they could not find it, I tried to send a text message to the client to check when the package was delivered and find out on the spot why it was not there. After that I was verbally abused by one of the ladies at the counter, who attacked me and told me that I do not deserve to stay in their premises, as I only pay for virtual office and that I had to leave right away. When I told that I was trying to understand where was my mail, which they were supposed to receive under my agreement, she told me that I can check it standing at Tim Hortons downstairs and I cannot be at the premises as I only pay for the virtual office and the mail handling, which I came to pick up. This type communication was out of boundary, totally disrespectful and offensive. The fact that I am using their virtual office only (which is not true) does not give them the right to treat you as a trash, not deserving to even step in to their premises. Will be looking for the alternative virtual office service, as these guys definitely to not value the long term customers.

My company is renting office space with them for more than 2 years now. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The office space is clean and quiet. Would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Telsec offers a great space to concentrate and get down to work in. The offices and meeting rooms are sleek and airy with their big windows offering a beautiful view of the city. The people who work there are professional and friendly. It's in a great location in Toronto so you can easily grab a bite to eat from an array of restaurants and coffee shops within a five min distance then get back to work. Definitely recommend for small businesses and entrepreneurs like me.

As a remote company, we've been using Telsec for both our virtual office and private office space for when we're together as a team in Toronto. The team at Telsec are super flexible and accommodating, highly recommended! Super fast delivery for mail forwarding too
