This office is situated in a floor that has lacked renovation and so most offices/washrooms feel old. The internet is super slow even if you upgrade to "priority internet" which means your video calls will freeze and jitter. If you face south you get a wonderful view but it's an office that's hot winter or summer. The management is aware of this issue but is unable to remedy it. Regus as an organization tends to offload facility management to it's "community team" which is not empowered to spend money or make decisions to improve customer experience. See video - filtered water tap was down to a trickle for 3 weeks and no remedy is attainable despite multiple tenant complaints. During my time, the microwave door release was broken for months and was eventually fixed with tape. The men's washroom w/only two urinals had one down for weeks. I can go on, but despite the best intention of the community team, this place receives no investment from Regus who makes close to $700M annually. Overall, I do not recommend you make any long term commitments at this office until you are certain its condition and level of service suits you. After about a year of staying there, I moved out as it became evident nothing will be fixed. Otherwise the location is convenient and off the subway but unless your business requires daily external visitors, this office rental is a waste of money - better facilities exist elsewhere. Very helpful staff and wonderful management. A really great place to have an office. I can strongly recommend this location. Andre is amazing.
