I’ve operated my law office in this building for over 12 years, and recently moved into Venture X North York. It has been an outstanding experience. The flexibility of the memberships, 24/7 access, meeting rooms, lounge areas, and overall community make it a great option for startups, remote professionals, and growing teams looking for a professional environment without long-term commitments. One small improvement I would suggest is adding a little more guest parking flexibility or clearer visitor parking guidance for first-time guests during busy hours, as it can occasionally be slightly confusing initially. Overall, a great workspace solution in North York with a welcoming professional community and excellent staff.
