Do not do business with this company! This is my second review of Regus. I experienced unexpected additional charges and was billed multiple times within a single month at different amounts. Some of these charges did not align with what I understood to be included in my plan. After disputing the charges and requesting cancellation, I faced difficulty getting clear confirmation and resolution. I have also been unable to remove my payment method, which is a serious issue. I will be escalating this matter through the appropriate channels. They will keep charging your card without your consent. Similar concerns have been raised by other customers regarding ongoing charges without clear authorization. While a response was posted to my initial review, my concerns remain unresolved. They just post meaningless responses to save face. I recommend reviewing other customer experiences before proceeding. I do not recommend!

Do not do business with this company! As many others have complained. I signed a virtual office agreement with Regus expecting transparent billing, but experienced the opposite. I was charged multiple “one-off” fees, including office usage that I understood to be included in my plan. These charges were not clearly disclosed, and no specific contractual justification has been provided despite my requests. Fees were also deducted from my retainer without clear explanation or prior approval. I have formally disputed these charges and requested termination of my agreement. Now, I have an ongoing billing dispute. Plus, their customer service sucks! I do not recommend!

I had been with the previous company which had great service. Though I had been assured that I would be given the same rate and service I find that the rate I have been charged is almost double and no amount of interaction has resulted in any readdress. I was also informed I made and error and am now being charged even more.

They have serious issue with miscommunication and professionalism. I visited them after inquiring through official website and receiving some good deals. However, they gave us different prices (which took an hour to get) and accused me that I am lying to them. The person that escorted us for viewing kept saying “I don’t know the details about pricing, you would have to talk to the sales manager.” What is the point of viewing if I don’t get/confirm any price detail? And shouldn’t they be communicating instead of me to find out what the actual prices are for the places? Honestly, shouldn’t a company be aware of what kinda conversation went through to a customer before they visit? Everything they told me prior to visit was wrong causing me to waste my time. This includes the limited 1 day trial time + proposed price + whether the tax is inclusive or exclusive. Very unprofessional and rude. I would highly recommend to visit other office rental places unless you want to meet this rude sales representative named Jon and ruin your day. Imagine what would happen if you actually make a contract and try to terminate it. It would be a certain nightmare with these guys.
