Tried getting booklets printed 2 times x30 copies and paid almost $300 each time! The quality of the print was off and the print was shrunk so my customers couldn’t read them too well. The employe showed me on screen how it would look and we corrected it, when I got them they looked exactly like they did BEFORE we fixed it. I have taken my business to their 290 store in Cypress where they walked me through the process so much more efficiently. Got exactly what I needed and way less expensive. I’m not sure why the price difference but I no longer trust the 610 location.

Every time I come in this place to make copies and I come in here every week there’s always seems to be a problem with the printer or the people behind the print place have a problem with printing your stuff. I’m just going to buy my own printer and pay my own stuff. I spent too much money in Office Depot that I feel like I can’t get full service.

Horrible services, They make you wait on the line for 20 minutes just to ask what service you want, and then tell you they can't provide it. I do not recommend this place; the staff is slow and incompetent.

Horrible experience do not use their printing service. They have 1 girl working there. Tried to mail a letter and the woman took 30 minutes trying to help me mail the letter. Ended up leaving. Waste of time I should have gone to Staples.
