Desk receptionist is nice, and it's a good location; however, billing has been a challenge nearly every month. Now we are told that we owe an invoice from January and that we might be in collections. We frequently check our online portal (due to constant overbilling in the first 6 months), but nowhere does it show the invoice they are referring to. In addition, we have paid every month, per bank statements and their portal history. We will terminate as soon as possible, which sounds like another process from we are reading online.

Did some all day classroom training for Tech and it was good.

Our experience with the Regus Wilcrest location in Houston has been extremely frustrating, particularly when trying to end our agreement. We are now in week three of attempting to get a clear answer on the termination process. Every interaction results in the same vague responses: “we’re checking on it” or “we’re escalating it.” Unfortunately, those statements seem to mean absolutely nothing. There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. It feels intentionally difficult to get a straight answer. Beyond the administrative issues, the facilities themselves are disappointing. The offices are very small and not well maintained. Common areas are underwhelming, and overall the space does not reflect the level of professionalism you’d expect for the price. This location could be good, the location is convenient but there are simply too many issues to overlook, from poor communication and unresponsive staff to subpar facilities. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution businesses before committing here, especially if you value transparency and responsiveness.

There’s no drinking water or even a water fountain - it’s ridiculous for them to expect us to buy bottled water at the vending machine. This is a basic amenity that should be available for free.

Bad company only answer the phone for new customers only, if you have any issue you will not find any one to answer you, even the manager / Radwa Mohamed for this location was very rude, even refuse to call to check the issue, and they have fake phone no , do they keep charge me with extra money after I canceled the contract as virtual office for 2 weeks and charge me for 2.5 month plus keep charge me for mai service I never receive Do do my mistake and deal with them

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
