We are located on the 2nd floor at 845 Texas Ave. Upon entering the building, take the grand stairs or elevator to level 2, follow the sign to The Square, and our staff will be ready to greet you through the double doors. I’ve had my dedicated office at The Square since March 2022, and it remains one of the finest professional environments I’ve ever worked in. The Square is a hospitality‑driven private‑office workspace, providing dedicated offices for multiple companies within a single, beautifully managed footprint. While each company enjoys its own private space, the shared amenities and exceptional service create a seamless, supportive community. The staff are consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure you have everything you need to do your best work. The amenities are outstanding — a vibrant social area, plentiful snacks, regular events, and a culture that makes it easy to build real relationships. The shared spaces are thoughtfully designed and maintained at a truly premium level. Membership includes access to well‑equipped conference rooms and the impressive 12th‑floor public space, complete with outdoor areas and some of the best meeting environments in Houston. We host our annual Marine Assurance Conference here with more than 90 attendees, and every year the team delivers exceptional support. Their attention to detail and hospitality make large events run smoothly. This is a true Grade A facility. While you can certainly find cheaper office options, you will not find one that matches the quality of the space, the professionalism of the staff, or the level of support offered at The Square.
