Community team at the Houston / Galleria location are fabulous. Hosted a workshop with my team here. When our reservation holder was delayed, preventing the team from accessing the space and causes challenges with meetings, the staff jumped into response. They helped us adjust the reservation / set up new access as needed to keep us on time. We were new to the space and asked much of the team, but they were consistently gracious, engaging, and solution oriented!
